Hewell Holmdale

c.1875. This cotton blend was specially designed for Hewell Grange by leading architects and founders of Watts G. F. Bodley and Thomas Garner. Originally a cut velvet for the upholstery of chairs, this very strong design is characteristic of Jacobean interiors.
