Bodley Hand Block

Widely recognised as the first known wallpaper by Watts founder G.F Bodley, this bold design mixes a Pugin-esque geometry with a naturalism inspired by William Morris. Recently recreated as part of our 2022 collection 'The Bodley Papers', that marries history with modernity through confident fresh colourways and pattern rich styling.
